Senior Power BI Expert
In this role we deliver company-wide BI and analytics use cases for high-synergy business areas and support the OpCos in all our markets in the specification and implementation of their data-driven initiatives. In addition, we deliver the common data platforms for A1 Group, define the group-wide data strategy and support in data training and change management.
We as an organization recently started to dive deeper into the field of Power BI, and want to boosts our company’s Analysis capabilities further. Currently we’re looking for a Power BI Expert who will not only on an operative level support our customers by creation of Power BI visualization, but also work on the overall Governance of Power BI in A1 Group. This is a Group role position, location based in Serbia.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as an operative service partner to our internal customers:
- Understand and analyze the internal customer’s needs & challenges
- Design program specifications
- Create ETL routines to connect to source systems
- Create Data Model and Visualizations in Power BI
- Perform technical tests and support users in functional test
- Create technical documentation
- Ensure operations & monitoring of already launched products
- On a governance level, push PowerBI forwards across A1 Group:
- Setup and coordination of group-wide (PowerBI) Analytics initiatives
- Actively foster self-service usage of PowerBI with our End-Users
- Participation in training of End-users and Power Users

If you have:
- Experience in Data Modelling with PowerBI and related ETL processes
- Experience with creation of visualizations within PowerBI
- Good understanding & knowledge of DAX and PowerQuery
- Good experience with PowerBI’s Online Service & Administration
- Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services or other Report-Generators is a plus
- General understanding how other BI front-end tools work (e.g. QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau…)
- Experience with SQL and Azure is a plus
- Very good understanding of complex data structures
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong in communication and networking
